Three workouts a day for Skari
Bente Skari is in the middle of a period with a lot of training. Yesterday, she completed no less than three (!) sessions.

- I have followed the training programme for a long time now, and it has produced good results. So why not continue with it?, says Bente Skari to Langrenn.com.
Usually, she trains twice a day, but yesterday she "treated" herself with an extra session. As a result, her schedule looked like this:
8 to 10 a.m. - distance training (rollerskiing)
2 to 4 p.m. - distance training (rollerskiing)
7 to 8 p.m. - running and strenght training
- I do only low intensity training, when I have three sessions per day. That is to say, they are still sessions of high quality, explains Skari.
- It all comes down to psychological strength. It makes you feel good, even happy, when you manage to complete three sessions in one day and still be able to stay focused.
Between the workouts, she relaxes.
- There is always something to do, but I rarely sleep between workouts when I am at home, reveals Skari to Langrenn.com.
