Premiepotten i vinterens Visma Ski Classics er større enn noensinne og for første gang i historien overstiger den 500.000 euro.

Prize money record in Visma Ski Classics!

The athletes in Visma Ski Classics Pro Tour get a new record of prize money to share.  

Prize money is handed out after each event and then for final standings after the season.

For the first time the value of the total prize money breaks well EUR 500.000. The Prize money is gender equal.

The more than EUR 500.000 prize money consist of; EUR 250.000 is handed out at the season gala after the Ski Classics Final Ylläs-Levi April 4th, in addition events hand out minimum EUR 21.000 after each event.

Most event prize money is handed out by Vasaloppet, including sprints they hand out about EUR 50.000 (SEK 565.000).

New for this year is that prize money is introduced also for the upcoming prologue weekend in Livigno.

For Fridays opening Pro Team Tempo the top 3 Pro Teams get EUR 5000, 3000 and 1000 respectively.

For Sunday's mass start Livigno Prologue normal event prize money of EUR 21.000 is handed out.
