in the field of cross-country skiing
full-time (100%)

Your activity:

• Organization and realization of training and competition on state level.
• Supervision of junior athletes on national level in training and competition.
• Seasonal and individual planning of training.
• Seasonal athlete’s performance analyzes and feedback.
• Guidance of SBW junior regions (Talent bases / Clubs).
• Participation in performance diagnostics and training studies in laboratory and field studies.
• Participation in Training Camps of the German Ski Association if necessary.
• Participation in coaches’ educational programs.

You fit into our team because you:

• have a coaching license of the German Ski Association or comparable qualifications.
• have a high motivation for junior research in the field of cross-country skiing.
• have experience in coaching and dealing with young people.
• appear confident, loyal, assertive.
• are a team player.
• have good verbal and written expression.
• are able to address all kinds of problems openly and propose solutions.
